At Imagine Me Transition, we understand that everybody’s situation is different.
Some people are starting over. Some are coming through a major life transition. Others simply need a stable place to live while they work toward becoming more independent.
Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable and structured independent living environment for adults who are ready to move forward.
Imagine Me Transition may be a housing option for adults who are:

Each potential resident will go through an intake process to help determine whether our housing environment is the right fit for their individual needs.
